Welcome to Kidz Construction Crew

This is a LEGO® Brick workshop style class that focuses on various aspects of building techniques to improve skills while creating fun and exciting displays.  Classes are open to anyone ages 6+ with any abilities/challenges.  Workshop participants work on projects at their own pace and are encouraged to work in partners and groups to foster creativity and social skills.  I am currently doing classes with Zoom and welcoming new students to apply to the program.  You can contact Kidz Construction Crew thorough the contact form or by emailing to kidzconstructioncrew@gmail.com!

FUTURE CLASSES:

I hope you are all managing during this extremely challenging time and you moms and dads are able to stay sane!  I know all the programs your kids normally attend are no longer happening and wanted to address future programming for Kidz Construction Crew.

In light of the world health crisis, I will not be able to do classes in my home until it is safe to do so but........

I  am in the process of developing programming that you can access from the comfort of your home!  I am excited about the possibilities of this and will keep you updated and will contact you as soon as I am ready to launch.  I will be using programs such as ZOOM, Facebook and other online programs to help me give a full range of exciting and interesting topics, videos and private appointments with those who would like to stay involved with Kidz Construction Crew.

If you have topics, ideas or suggestions for things to see in this new launch, please let me know!  I am open to ideas!

I also have quite a bit of experience as a teaching assistant and have often helped students to adapt curriculum to help them produce the work they need to for school assignments.  Now that we are all homeschooling for the foreseeable future, I will also be offering consulting services for families who need this type of assistance with their children's educational needs.  This will be billed, most likely, on a donation for service protocol.  I know that finances will be difficult for some.

Although this has been an extremely difficult decision to make, I believe it is in our best interest to follow government and health official guidelines to self-isolate as much as possible.  I am creating private groups on this page for those who want to be involved and you will only have access to these groups with subscriptions.

Stay safe and take care of each other
